Elevation Woodworks was founded by two carpenters born and raised in Kapuskasing. We went to school here, worked summers framing and finishing on local job sites, and turned a shared love of building into a working partnership that's lasted for years.

After years of building for other people, we decided it was time to put our skills to work for our own community. Elevation Woodworks is what came out of that decision — a small, local crew focused on doing carpentry the way it's supposed to be done.

Today, you'll find us anywhere from a backyard in town to a cottage three hours up the highway, building decks, gazebos, ramps and everything in between. We still answer the phone ourselves, and we still measure twice before every cut.
